All orders are prepared fresh and dispatched from our facility in South Africa.
- Retail orders: 1–3 business days
• Bulk & wholesale orders: 2–5 business days (depending on volume)
• Custom or private label orders: lead times confirmed upon order
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
We take pride in doing things properly — not rushing what carries our name.

Local Collection
Local customers are welcome to arrange collection by appointment.
Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with collection details.
Damages or Issues
We pack carefully, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
• photos of the issue
• a brief description
We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
No red tape. Just solutions.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery by prior arrangement.
Return shipping costs may apply.
