From small retail orders to bulk commercial supply, every parcel that leaves our doors is packed with care, consistency, and old-fashioned accountability.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared fresh and dispatched from our facility in South Africa.

  • Retail orders: 1–3 business days
    • Bulk & wholesale orders: 2–5 business days (depending on volume)
    • Custom or private label orders: lead times confirmed upon order

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We take pride in doing things properly — not rushing what carries our name.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted national courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Options may include:

  • Door-to-door courier
    • Economy shipping
    • Express delivery (where available)
    • Palletised freight for bulk orders

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
    • Regional areas: 2–5 business days
    • Remote locations: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Trade customers may qualify for:

• scheduled deliveries

Our team will confirm the most cost-effective option with you directly.

Bulk & Commercial Deliveries

For restaurants, hotels, caterers, and retailers, we understand timing is everything.

We offer:

If you have service deadlines or specific delivery windows, simply let us know. We plan accordingly.

Local Collection

Local customers are welcome to arrange collection by appointment.

Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with collection details.

Damages or Issues

We pack carefully, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
    • photos of the issue
    • a brief description

We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

No red tape. Just solutions.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery by prior arrangement.

Return shipping costs may apply.
